PageGroup CEO Steve Ingham is stepping down after 16 years at the helm. Global recruitment company PageGroup says it’s begun the process of finding a successor, but Ingham will stay in post until that process is completed.
The news comes as PageGroup posted a record quarter for the start of the year. Thisismoney.co.uk reports that the FTSE250-listed company’s profits leapt up 42.6% year-on-year to £258.2million. In March, it posted gross profits of more than £100million. Under Ingham’s management, PageGroup’s sales have almost doubled to £1.6billion since 2006, with gross profit growing by 152% to reach £878million, The Evening Standard reports.
