Boomerang employees | One-fifth of British staff have gone back to work for an ex-boss

One in five (19%) UK workers have returned to a previous employer within the past five years or plan to in the near future, new research from Unum UK has found.

Team members who decide to leave a company but return at some point in the future are commonly referred to as ‘boomerang’ employees, the website Elevate explained.
